Requirements employment :
- Male, below 35 years.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer/Architecture.
- Computer literate and able to operate MS office.
- Good spoken and written in English.
- High integrity, responsibility, and endurance in handling working task.
- Ability to identification, analyze and problem solving.
- Poses leadership communication and people managing skill.
Specific qualification :
- Well comprehend in system maintenance and building safety procedure.
- Excellent personality and communication with tenant.
- Experienced 5 years in building management and tenant relation management (preferable).
